I am trained in (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and NC rostered in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, I collaborate with local healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to build a strong referral network.

Who I Help?

Individual

I provide individual sessions in a safe and confidential space to explore emotional concerns and challenges. Skills will be taught on how to effectively manage stress, interpersonal struggles, and difficult situations.

Teen through Adult

I work with teenagers and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationships. I support each client to work towards personal growth and healing.

Family

Family counseling plays a key role in strengthening the emotional health of the family as a whole. The goal is to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance the relationships among family members.
